REFUNDS

We do not issue refunds at this time for lost or damaged packages. We add full insurance to every order, so if your package was lost or damaged, please contact UPS or USPS (depending on which one you chose at check-out) to file a claim and get refunded.

If you received the wrong item, or the item was damaged NOT due to shipping, please email us within 48 hours of receiving item at jlwalker1020@gmail.com. This will be reviewed case-by-case. You must provide ample proof the item was not damaged during shipping and was due to packaging issues. Please include your order number to the email subject line. Store credit will be given for majority of cases. 

RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
The following policy will be effective for 30 days after purchase:
If you would like to return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase, you may be eligible for store credit in the amount you spent on said item(s). Store credit will be issued AFTER the item(s) are sent back to us and inspected. To be eligible for store credit, item(s) must be in the original condition you received them in and have no damage. 
Once item(s) have been thoroughly inspected, you will be notified of your eligibility or ineligibility of store credit. 

PAYMENT PLANS

We do offer personalized payment plans if Afterpay, Klarna, Shop Pay, or PayPal Pay Later are not suitable for you. For additional information please write to Nesta using the contact form in the drop-down menu. We are very flexible and willing to work with all different budgets. Weekly or biweekly payments are preferred but if you need something a bit more spread out, we will work with you! DOWN PAYMENTS are required for payment plans of at least 10%. You may choose to cancel your payment plan at any time, however any payments already sent are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

GIFT CARDS

At this time, River Walkers Minerals does not offer gift cards.
