A fascinating little fluorite floater from Erongo, Namibia, fully etched on all sides with a naturally sculpted, almost melted appearance. The crystal is predominantly pale lavender to nearly colorless, with scattered specks and wisps of deeper purple throughout. At its center is an unusual green zone that becomes especially noticeable when the piece is backlit. Even better, this specimen contains a visible moving enhydro, preserving fluid trapped within the fluorite during its formation. Because it is a true floater with no obvious point of attachment, the etching continues around the entire specimen, making it an especially interesting example of the complex dissolution and growth history seen in Namibian fluorite.
