This beautiful smoky quartz displays skeletal growth and heavy hydrothermal etching. Scattered throughout and exposed along the surface are numerous green tourmaline crystals, including several with beautiful blue cores. A larger partially exposed tourmaline near the center draws the eye, while smaller prisms and fragments create layers of detail that reveal something new from every angle.
