This incredible specimen features a single transparent dogtooth calcite crystal with exceptional clarity and a fascinating two-stage growth. The upper portion is covered by a lightly frosted second-generation growth, giving the crystal a unique texture while still allowing light to pass through.

At the base, rich purple amethyst and black goethite create dramatic triangular zoning that appears suspended within the calcite. The contrast between the crystal-clear calcite, frosted overgrowth, and colorful mineral inclusions makes this an especially eye-catching and unusual piece from Artigas.
