A beautiful larger cluster from the Yindu mining district in Inner Mongolia, China, covered in cool grey-blue fluorite with soft violet tones throughout. The crystals range from smaller intergrown fluorites to larger, well-defined crystals with great translucency and internal color zoning.

Dark metallic bismuthinite inclusions can be seen within the fluorite, while small patches of metallic pyrite are scattered throughout the pale matrix. I especially love the muted blue-grey color on this one, it’s completely different from the more saturated purple Yindu material while still showing plenty of color in bright light.
