This Milpo fluorite stands out for its beautiful blue-green color and naturally hydrothermally etched crystal faces, giving the specimen an intricate, frosted texture while preserving its sharp modified dodecahedron form. The fluorite contains delicate boulangerite and pyrite inclusions as well.

The specimen is further accented by metallic pyrite and galena on the exterior, creating a beautiful contrast against the etched fluorite. Between the uncommon inclusions, etched surfaces, and rich color, this is an especially interesting example from one of Peru’s most famous fluorite localities.
