This sculptural self-standing cutbase has an unmistakable star-like silhouette and is packed with interesting mineral textures! Rich magenta amethyst crystals frame pockets of vibrant orange druzy, while delicate calcite casts, (one that is lined with a metallic mineral- likely hematite), add more layers of character throughout the piece.

The polish reveals beautiful natural agate banding with cream, caramel, and earthy tones that contrast beautifully against the saturated amethyst. Black basalt remnants remain preserved within the cavity, highlighting the specimen’s volcanic origin and adding even more visual depth.
