A unique amethyst cutbase featuring muted brown and purple crystal tones beneath a heavy coating of small cubic calcite crystals. The surface has an almost frosted appearance, with countless calcites scattered across the amethyst.

A much larger calcite formation sits near the base, showing generational growth, soft yellow coloring, and interesting natural texture. All of the calcite is UV reactive. Polished agate banding is visible around the lower edge of the piece.
