At its core, you’ll find exceptionally rare yellow botryoidal fluorite alongside paler, gemmy octahedral fluorite, beautifully sandwiched between layers of quartz and deep purple and green octahedral fluorite. This stunning contrast of colors and textures creates an otherworldly appearance.
When first discovered, this type of fluorite was completely encased in quartz. To reveal its hidden beauty, skilled miners used a controlled acid treatment to dissolve portions of the quartz, uncovering the breathtaking fluorite within. Despite its surreal aesthetic, this specimen is entirely natural!
