This Morondava enhydro quartz is absolutely loaded with movement! Multiple sizable enhydro cavities are visible throughout the piece with the largest located prominently in the front termination, creating an incredible “window” into the past.
What makes this one especially beautiful is the soft amethyst tint running through the crystal. Depending on the lighting, the quartz shifts between icy clear and a delicate lavender haze, giving the entire piece a surreal glow. Inside, you’ll find golden mineral inclusions, dramatic fractures with rainbows, layered growth textures, and massive open cavities that make the crystal insanely mesmerizing!
The enhydros in this piece are large and active, (some even containing moving sediment), making it endlessly fascinating to rotate in the light and observe. A seriously high-end collector specimen from one of the world’s most famous enhydro localities.
